“ This is a good alternative to ave 26 tacos! I went to the taco truck across the street from lock and key and this one is a lot better compared to it. Service is normal and ambiance is taco truck! Quesadillas were good and tacos were great! Good selection of sauces and standard veggies! ”
“ Good amount of parking spaces. If the lot is full, park at CVS right next door. Get the fried quesadilla!! It was amazing. They load up a tortilla with cheese, meats, and stuff.. fold it over, and then fry it for a few minutes. It was amazing. The only issue is that they don't have lengua since it's pretty expensive in the market right now. I've also tried the carne asada fries, which are thick fries that go really well with green sauce. They give a ton of meat! ”
“ Great taco truck and perfect for a late night meal! We got a couple tacos and they were decently sized - larger than I was expecting and reasonably priced. I really liked the salsa and topping bar! ”
“ I've been wanting to hit up El Flamin Taco for a minute but never had the chance until last night. Located on the side of a car wash and parked on the sidewalk. There's actually two trucks but the first one isn't occupied. Ordering is a bit confusing for first timers. Go to the window and the lady was talking to somebody inside so I didn't order for a few minutes. After ordering hand your number to the guy at the grill. All of the condiments and salsas are on the truck ledge so help yourself. The Al pastor taco for $2.50 was good. The meat itself had a little char from being on the grill but still was nice/tender. I only got two cause I wanted to try to see if the hype was real. Next time will have to get more. Al pastor is the crowd fave since everyone was getting some. Cash only ”
“ 5 stars for the El Pastor! 4 stars for the others. $2.50 pertaco, seems to be the standard price these days. Somehow the quality differs from food truck to food truck. I went to the location in ktown, near the galleria mart and next to the car wash. They're always here and food's good. Be prepared to wait if there's a long line. P.S. Bring cash as it is cash only. ”
“ This truck is right by my place! But they're ALWAYS busy when I drive by. Been coming here while walking our dogs for years. They have their main truck, an AL Pastor rotating grill outside, and a quesadilla truck behind. Really want to try their fried quesadilla someday... Went right at 7pm when they open on Friday. I parked at the nearby Walgreens and walked over. Ordered 2 Carne Asada fries. The fries usually take longer since they have to fry them, but they came out super fast since I was there early! Filled a sandwich bag of pico de gallo, avocado salsa and salsa verde, then got my order. This place is the closest to San Diego style Carne Asada Fries from my college days! Comes with a huge scoop of guac, melted cheese and sour creme. The fries are thick steak fries, fried slightly crispy! Recommend a healthy portion of pico de gallo and generous avocado sauce and either red or green salsa too. Keep in mind, CASH ONLY! And extremely busy on weekend nights, especially after peak drinking hours! ”
“ Visited from Toronto, and this was the first taste of LA tacos from my trip and it was delicious. We had an one hour queue for kbbq and decided to walk over for a pre dinner taco snack. The Al pastor was the protein in the meat spinner so it was nice and fresh. I also saw the staff making fresh tortillas. The menu didn't have pricing but one Al pastor taco was $2.50 usd and you can dress it up yourself. This was the best taco I've had during my stay in LA and would definitely recommend! ”
